Tallinn is Estonia's capital. Estonian is the main language, and Russian and English are also widely used in the city and online.
Time is usually the hard part: shooting, posting and answering fans all compete for it. So we plan content in batches around the days you can shoot, and get several posts out of each session.
Your lead looks at your numbers regularly and changes the plan when something is not working. Chat is written in your voice, inside the limits you set, and your Instagram grows on a plan made with you.
Tallinn is on Eastern European Time, the same as Riga and Vilnius. Calls and planning happen online, and your shooting schedule stays yours.
Our team is based in Riga, and the work runs online.
Built around your shooting days
Some weeks you can shoot a lot, some weeks very little. Batch planning keeps your Instagram posting through the busy weeks, and your lead adjusts the plan to the time you have.

We work with you in English. Estonian, Russian and English are all common in Tallinn, so before we plan posts we check which language your own followers use and react to.
Do I have to shoot new content every week?
There is no fixed number. We plan around how often you can shoot, get several posts out of each session, and change the plan when your schedule changes.
How often does my lead look at my numbers?
Regularly, and you see the same numbers in your reports. When something is not working, your lead tells you what changes next and why.
