1. Who we are

NexNovara is a boutique creator management agency. We help a small roster of adult content creators run and grow their business, working one to one with dedicated operators.

This website is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or a guarantee of results.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age in your jurisdiction, to use this site or to apply to work with us. Our services are for adult creators operating lawful, consensual adult content businesses.

3. The engagement is a separate agreement

This website does not create any working relationship. If we decide to work together, everything that governs that relationship, the services, the revenue share, the term, the notice period, and each side's responsibilities, lives in a separate written agreement that you sign.

If anything on this site ever seems to differ from your signed agreement, the signed agreement is what controls.

4. Applying to work with us

Submitting an application does not create any agreement or obligation on either side. We review applications individually and reply whether or not we are a fit. We may decline any application at our discretion.

Information you share in an application is treated as confidential and handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. Ownership and control

When we work together, we operate your business with you, not instead of you. You keep ownership of your content, your accounts, and your primary login credentials at all times. Anything you build remains yours.

We never ask you to sign your identity, your audience, or your platforms over to us. Our role is to help you run what is already yours.

6. No guarantee of earnings

We do not promise any specific income. Any figures, ranges, or examples shown on this site are illustrative and can be verified with a real account on a call. Results depend on many factors, including your effort, niche, and consistency.

7. Acceptable use of this site

Use the site for its intended purpose: to learn about us and to apply. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, reverse engineer it, probe or breach its security, or gain unauthorized access. Do not impersonate anyone, and do not use the site for anything unlawful.

8. Intellectual property

The NexNovara name, logo, wording, layout, and design on this site belong to NexNovara and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view the site and share ordinary links to it, but you may not copy, republish, or reuse its content without our permission.

The dashboard images shown as proof are used with the permission of the creators involved and are anonymized.

9. Third party links

The site may link to third party platforms and tools. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. When you leave our site, the other site's terms and privacy policy apply.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexNovara is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, and our total liability connected to the site is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

11. Indemnity, force majeure, and general terms

You agree to cover reasonable losses we suffer because you misused the site or broke these terms. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

We may assign these terms as part of a business transfer; you may not assign yours without our consent. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Together with any agreement you sign and our Privacy and Cookie policies, these terms are the entire agreement about your use of the site.
