About this role
Content is the first step of everything we do. Reels and posts bring in the audience, and the rest of the team, from chat to reporting, builds on what you plan. You work closely with the creator, the video editor, and the copywriter, and you see the results of your plan in the numbers each week.
What you'll do
- Design content roadmaps for creators on Instagram and short-form video
- Research trends, hooks, and formats, and turn them into briefs
- Analyse performance data and double down on what works
- Work directly with creators and the creative team on execution
What you bring
- Deep understanding of Instagram and short-form algorithms
- A strong sense for hooks, pacing, and what makes content spread
- Comfortable reading analytics and acting on them
- Fluent English and clear written communication
A typical week
You start the week with the numbers: which Reels held attention, which hooks pulled people to the profile, and what sent followers on to the creator's page. From that you choose the formats and hooks to repeat and the ones to drop.
Midweek you write briefs for the next batch of content, talk them through with the creator and the video editor, and check that every post gives viewers a clear next step. You finish the week with a short summary for the creator: what worked, what changed, and what comes next.
How pay works
We share the pay structure in your first conversation, before any test task. You will know what the role pays before you spend time on a task.
Hours and location
This is a full-time, remote role on European working hours. You plan your own week, with agreed times for calls with creators and the team.
We confirm which countries we can hire in during your first conversation.
Training
We walk you through how we work: the Instagram-first plan, each creator's brand and limits, and the privacy rules every team member follows. You get a clear first goal for your first weeks.

What we ask of everyone
A creator's name, face and private details stay inside the team. We ask everyone to keep them private, at work and outside it.
In return, we tell you what a role pays, how long a test task takes, and whether it is paid, before you spend time on it.
