About this role
You are the person each creator turns to. She should never have to chase an answer, and the team should never have to guess what she wants. You keep both sides clear, from the first onboarding call to every report, and you protect the rules that matter most to her: her limits and her privacy.
What you'll do
- Own relationships with a small portfolio of creators
- Coordinate content, growth, and monetization across the team
- Track KPIs and keep every creator moving toward their targets
- Be the calm, organised force behind each creator's business
What you bring
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes
- Interest in the creator economy and social platforms
- Fluent English
A typical week
You start the week with a short check-in for each creator you look after: how the content went, what the numbers say, and what is coming up. Then you pass tasks to the people who own them, such as the strategist, the editor, or the chat team.
During the week you answer creators' questions, keep shoots and posts on schedule, and flag anything that needs a decision. You send each creator a clear, regular report. You look after a small number of creators, so you know each account well.
How pay works
We share the pay structure in your first conversation, before any test task. You will know what the role pays, and how it is paid, before you spend time on a task.
Hours and location
This is a full-time, remote role on European working hours, so you can reach creators and the team during the day.

Training
Onboarding covers how we work with creators, our Instagram-first plan, the privacy rules, and how to write the creator report. You meet the strategists, editors, and chat team you will work with.
We tell you what onboarding looks like, and how long it takes, before you accept an offer.

What we ask of everyone
A creator's name, face and private details stay inside the team. We ask everyone to keep them private, at work and outside it.
In return, we tell you what a role pays, how long a test task takes, and whether it is paid, before you spend time on it.
