About this role

A creator business runs on small tasks done on time. You make sure nothing slips: the shoot is booked, the file is in the right folder, the reply is sent. Managers and creators rely on you to keep the week in order, so they can spend their time on content and growth.

What you'll do

  • Manage schedules, inboxes, and document handling
  • Coordinate between team members and creators
  • Keep projects organised and on track

What you bring

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Discreet and reliable
  • Fluent English and good communication

A typical week

You keep the week running. You update the shared schedule, sort the inbox, remind people about deadlines, and make sure documents are where the team expects them.

When a creator or manager needs something, you pick it up or pass it to the right person. You keep a simple list of what is open, so nothing is forgotten, and you tell your team lead when something is stuck.

How pay works

We share the pay structure in your first conversation, before any test task. Because this is a part-time role, we also agree your weekly hours at that point.

Hours and location

This is a part-time, remote role on European working hours. We agree your weekly hours and your working days with you before you start.

You will handle private information, so we ask you to keep everything you see confidential, at work and outside it.

Training

We show you our tools, how the team communicates, and how we handle private information such as creators' details. You start with a short list of tasks and add more as you get comfortable.

We tell you what onboarding looks like before you accept an offer.

What you get

  • Flexible part-time remote work
  • A friendly, fast-moving team
  • Room to grow into operations roles

What we ask of everyone

A creator's name, face and private details stay inside the team. We ask everyone to keep them private, at work and outside it.

In return, we tell you what a role pays, how long a test task takes, and whether it is paid, before you spend time on it.

How to apply

Send a short intro and anything that shows your work (portfolio, samples, or a few lines on why you fit) to contact@nexnovara.com. You must be 18 or older.

Please do not send ID documents or other sensitive personal details by email. We ask for what we need later, if we make you an offer.

Someone on our team reads every application and replies.
