- Manage fan conversations across creator accounts in a natural, engaging voice
- Build rapport and drive revenue through pay-per-view content and tips
- Hit daily and weekly conversion targets
- Log context on top fans so relationships compound over time
- Follow our chatting playbook and flag what is and is not working
What you bring
- Fluent, natural written English
- A genuine sales instinct and competitive streak
- Reliable fast internet and a quiet place to work
- Comfortable with adult-content context (18+ only)
- No prior experience required, we train the rest
