What you'll do
- Reply to fans on creator accounts in each creator's voice, inside her limits
- Build rapport and sell pay-per-view (PPV) content and tips that fans want
- Work toward weekly sales goals, within each creator's rules
- Log context on top fans so relationships build over time
- Follow our chatting guide and flag what is and is not working
What you bring
- Fluent, natural written English
- You enjoy selling and you read people well
- Reliable fast internet and a quiet place to work
- Comfortable with adult-content context (18+ only)
- No prior experience required, we train the rest
A typical shift
You start by reading the notes for the creators on your shift: her voice guide, her limits, and what she wants fans to hear this week. Then you work through the inbox, answering new subscribers, replying to regulars, and following up with fans who went quiet.
Most of the shift is conversation. You ask questions, remember details, and offer PPV content when it fits the chat, never as pressure. You write what the creator would write, and you check in with fans afterwards so they feel looked after. Before you finish, you log what you learned about your top fans for the next shift.
How pay works
You are paid a base plus commission on the sales you make. Pay structure, training length and hiring countries are shared on your first call, before any test task, so you can compare us with other offers.
Hours and location
Chatting runs in shifts. We agree your days and hours with you before you start, and you work them from home on your own laptop.
This is a remote role on European working hours.
Training
No experience is needed. Training covers how to build rapport, how to read what a fan wants, how to handle objections, and how to sell without pressure. You also learn each creator's voice guide and limits before you write a single message.
Your team lead reads your early chats and gives you feedback.

The rules we work by
- Each creator sets limits, and you follow them in every message.
- No invented stories, no promises to meet, no pressure after a no.
- If a fan seems to be spending more than they can afford, we stop selling to them.
- Your chats are reviewed so standards stay high.
- A creator's identity and content stay private, at work and outside it.
This role is not for you if
- You are not comfortable with adult content.
- You want to sell at any cost. We read the chats, and pressure tactics are not tolerated.
- You cannot keep a creator's identity and content private.
- You cannot commit to the shifts we agree.
